Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Naama Bay with excellent prices, but the rooms were poorly isolated and not the cleanliest, making it quite challenging to enjoy a good night's sleep. However, the service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mohamed at Reception and the Animation team members, Taison and Belly, who made the stay pleasant. The dining options left much to be desired, lacking in both taste and variety.
The hotel's location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and the beach, but it was a bit noisy at times. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the early wake-up calls by Christmas carols due to the nearby speaker were unpleasant. However, the hotel's friendly service and proximity to a big mall were notable.
I found the hotel to be just what I needed, with a perfect location; however, the room cleanliness was not as portrayed in the pictures. The furniture was old, and the lighting in the room and bathroom was poor. Nevertheless, the service was exceptional, especially the friendly reception staff. The price was reasonable, and the room included essential amenities like a TV, AC, and mini-fridge. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. Just be prepared for a walk to the beach and the busy surroundings near the hotel.
The hotel is situated in a great location at Naama Bay, making it convenient to access central markets, shops, and cafes. The staff is hospitable and friendly, offering excellent service. The dining experience was satisfactory but could be improved with more variety. The hotel is a bit on the expensive side for Sharm El Sheikh, but the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming.
The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, but being next to a speaker can lead to early wake-up calls with Christmas carols. The service is friendly and cooperative, with special thanks to the staff members from Reception and Animation team. The location is central in Naama Bay, although a 15-minute walk from the beach. The dining experience is good for a reasonable price, and the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel's location is fantastic, close to all restaurants and nightlife, and just a walkable distance to Genena Shopping Mall. The service was excellent, especially from Mr Mostafa at the reception. However, the rooms were outdated and not all 900 building rooms were in order. The dining experience was below average, catering more to Russian tastes. The hotel's facilities were great.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and exceeded my expectations. The pool area was nice, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, there were some issues with not all 900 building rooms being available and noise from the main road. Overall, a pleasant experience.
I was quite disappointed with the room I was given. The two single beds were not ideal, and the cleanliness was subpar with bugs and a strong odor in the toilet making the whole room unpleasant. However, the service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and even organizing an affordable taxi from the airport. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the Genena shopping mall. The dining experience was average, with some good options but nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, I did not find the facilities up to standard.
The hotel is situated in the center of Naama Bay, close to various shops and cafes, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are compact for two people but cozy and clean, with tasty food available. The service stands out as amazing and friendly, contributing to a wonderful stay. The location is near to a plethora of facilities in Naama Bay, enhancing the overall experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the center of town. However, the dining experience was average, and the bathroom could use better ventilation.
The hotel is located away from the main road, ensuring a quiet stay with spacious and clean rooms. The service is excellent and accommodating, offering good value for money. While the beach is a 15-minute walk away, the hotel is situated in the heart of Naama Bay with convenient access to facilities. The dining experience exceeds expectations with delicious options. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a pleasant stay.
The hotel is located in a convenient spot near Namma Bay, offering easy access to central markets and a variety of shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and bright, featuring a very comfortable bed and a spacious shower. However, there was an issue with missing laundry that required follow-up. The service is satisfactory, although at times it may be busy resulting in slower responses. The location is excellent for exploring the area, close to the beach and away from crowded areas. The dining experience provides a self-service buffet with a decent selection, but not outstanding. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel had cozy and clean rooms, but they needed a bit of freshening up. The service was friendly, but some staff members were overly pushy with selling services. The location was ideal, very close to the city center. The dining experience was average, nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel was not quite what I expected. The room with 2 single beds was clean and comfortable but felt outdated with worn furniture and poor lighting, not matching the pictures shown. I might not stay here again.
